Our dream for all of our animals is for them to be in a real home, a home that wil be theirs forever.  But more than this we dream of a day when there are no homeless pets, no dogs or cats (hamsters, ferrets, rabbits etc.)  who live their lives in shelters, or worse, on the streets.  The idea of adopting or rescuing as opposed to buying a pet is our message.  We try to educate the public through visits to schools, army bases and community centers and also through opening the shelter to groups.  We try to stress that a pet is a long term responsibility, not to be taken lightly, and that every animal born  means death for an already existing animal.  We offer every type of help and advice to insure successful adoptions.
