Upon submission of an animal adoption application via the digital Adoption Form: Full name of the prospective adopter, details of family members residing with them, full residential address, dwelling type, phone number, email address, information on relevant allergies of the adopter and family members, details regarding any other animals currently owned by the user, and any additional relevant details required for the screening and suitability assessment process.
2.1.3. Upon signing up for a mailing list (newsletter): Email address and name.
2.1.4. Upon contacting us: Name, contact details (email or phone), and the content of your inquiry.
2.2. Information collected automatically:
