2.1.1. Upon making a donation: Full name, address, email address, phone number, and details of the donation. Payment details (such as credit card information) are processed by a secure, external payment clearing provider and are not stored on the Website’s systems. In cases of donations made through other means (such as cheques or bank transfers), additional relevant information required to complete the donation may be collected.

2.1.2. Upon submission of an animal adoption application via the digital Adoption Form: Full name of the prospective adopter, details of family members residing with them, full residential address, dwelling type, phone number, email address, information on relevant allergies of the adopter and family members, details regarding any other animals currently owned by the user, and any additional relevant details required for the screening and suitability assessment process.

2.1.3. Upon signing up for a mailing list (newsletter): Email address and name.

2.1.4. Upon contacting us: Name, contact details (email or phone), and the content of your inquiry.

2.2. Information collected automatically:

2.2.1. Browsing data and technical data: While browsing the Website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, entry times, and viewed pages.

2.2.2. Cookies: We use cookies for the proper operation of the Website, improving user experience, collecting statistical data, and tailoring advertisements. 5.1. Database Owner: For the purpose of the Law, The Jerusalem Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, which operates the Website, is the “Controller” of the information database.

5.2. Obligation to Provide Information and Its Consequences: You are not legally obligated to provide personal information. For example, without providing contact information and basic order details, we cannot complete or confirm your order.
